Twenty questions exactly as an accountant types them, with what Wurz answers to each. The last three are the ones it does NOT answer well.

The short answer
You can ask it four things: where a figure you know exists is, how much a set of documents adds up to, what is missing or doesn't match between them, and all of the above narrowed to a single client and a single period. What you can't ask it is to calculate a tax, to decide whether a deduction is allowable, or to tell you what the law says.
They all work the same way underneath: Wurz searches your CFDI invoices, bank statements and working papers, and the answer comes with its citation, which document and which passage, for you to verify yourself. If the figure isn't in your files, it tells you it isn't there.
Faced with a tool that answers questions about documents, the first doubt usually isn't the price. It's more basic: «so what do I ask it?». This guide answers that with examples, not with categories.
Finding
You get the invoice, the line item exactly as the supplier wrote it, and the passage where it appears. Handy when the issuer wrote «commercial premises lease» and you were looking for «rent»: you don't have to guess the exact wording, which is precisely where Ctrl+F gives up.
The full UUID, with the invoice it came from.
It tells you the bank, the month and the line of the transaction. If the charge shows up in two different statements, it shows you both instead of picking one for you.
The list, each one with its citation. Same for 0% rate, exempt items, or any other CFDI field you want to filter by.
It shows you the invoices that look alike, with amounts, dates and folios side by side. Whether it's a duplicate or two genuine services is your call; Wurz puts the documents in front of you.
Totals
The total and the breakdown by invoice. Every row keeps its citation, so you can check any figure that looks off before you use it.

It splits PUE from PPD. If what worries you is which payment receipts are still missing, that's a finished working paper and it has its own guide.
Any list or report Wurz put together exports to Excel or Word, citations included. What you do with the file afterwards is your working paper, not a re-keying job.
Reconciling
It cross-checks the statement's transactions against your CFDI and shows you the deposits left without a match, each with its line cited. You decide which are income still to be invoiced and which are transfers.
It tells you what's in the folder and which month is missing. Sounds trivial until it's 40 clients and the close is on Friday.
Same UUID in two files: it flags them. Happens more than you'd think when the client sends you «everything» every month.
The classic: the client handed you a folder with two companies' invoices mixed together. Wurz tells you which ones don't belong to the RFC you gave it.
Separating
If you handle several clients, the real worry isn't what to ask but how to keep the answers from mixing. In Wurz each client can have its own workspace, and inside it you filter by period. The answer comes only from that workspace's documents.
You narrow the question to one client and one date range. Everything Wurz answers after that respects the filter until you change it.
Yes: separate workspaces by firm or by client, with four permission levels. Whoever does data entry sees their own; the partner sees everything. And the files go on living in your own Google Drive, not in Wurz.

The limits
This section exists because the list above would look suspicious without it.
Wurz doesn't calculate taxes. It isn't accounting software: it doesn't stamp invoices, doesn't post journal entries, doesn't determine liabilities. It gives you the cited figures so your system or your spreadsheet can do the maths.
That judgement is yours. Wurz puts the invoice, the payment method and the CFDI use in front of you, cited; whether it's allowable is signed off by an accountant, not by a tool.
Wurz answers from YOUR documents, not from the internet or a statute database. If you uploaded the income tax law as a PDF, it answers citing it. If you didn't, it will tell you it isn't in your files, and that answer is the right one.
What we don't know
Which of these twenty a real firm uses most, month after month. The product is new and that list will be written by the people who use it, not by us.
All twenty share one rule. If the answer doesn't come with its citation, it isn't an answer, it's a hunch with good spelling.
