Made in Mexico, for Mexican accounting firms
Wurz finds any fact in your documents, with the exact sentence it came from
Wurz reads your firm's invoices (CFDI), bank statements, and working papers, and answers your questions. Every figure comes with the document and the excerpt that backs it, so you verify it yourself.
Your files stay in your own cloud —Google Drive, Dropbox, or OneDrive— not in Wurz.
The problem
Your documents already hold the answer. The work is finding it.
A mid-size firm piles up thousands of receipts a year, scattered across Drive, email, the tax authority's portal, and somebody's folder. The information isn't missing: it's disorganized.

The fact exists — it just won't turn up
It's in some PDF, in some email, in some client's folder. You know you have it. What you don't have is half an hour to find it.

Tax season shows no mercy
In season, every lookup that takes twenty minutes multiplies across all your clients. The bottleneck isn't doing the work: it's gathering the information to be able to do it.

A figure you can't trace is useless
If it's going into a tax return or a report, you need to know which document it came from. A summary that doesn't lead you to the source forces you to redo the work to verify it.
Why the citation
The difference between an answer and an answer you can stand behind
A summary without a source forces you to choose between trusting it or redoing the work. Neither helps when the figure is headed for a tax filing.
Your question
How much did we invoice Constructora Norte del Bajío in the first quarter?
Wurz's answer
In the first quarter of 2026 you invoiced Constructora Norte del Bajío $487,300.00 MXN in subtotals, across three invoices: $132,500.00 in January , $164,800.00 in February and $190,000.00 in March . Including transferred VAT, the quarter's total is $565,268.00 MXN.
Hover over any citation —or tap it— and the document opens alongside, at the exact excerpt the fact came from.

Wurz checks in code that the quoted sentence exists verbatim in the excerpt before showing it to you. If it doesn't match, it flags it instead of presenting it as good.
Answers are built from excerpts, not from memory
The model that answers you doesn't receive your full documents: it receives specific excerpts, each with its identifier. It can't cite something it wasn't given.
Every citation is checked against its source
Before showing you an answer, Wurz looks for the quoted sentence inside the excerpt it claims to come from. The comparison is done by the program, letter by letter — not by another language model.
What you see cited has already been verified
Every citation that reaches your screen passed that literal comparison against its source excerpt. That's why you can put it in a filing and, with one click, show the document it came from.
A summary without a source
“You invoiced them around half a million pesos over the quarter.”
Where did that come from? With or without VAT? To find out you have to open the invoices — that is, do the work that was supposedly already done.
An answer from Wurz
“$487,300.00 in subtotals, across three invoices” — and next to each figure, the CFDI and the exact line that contains it.
One click and you're looking at the document. If someone asks tomorrow where the number came from, the answer already carried it.
How it works
Three steps, and the third is the only one you repeat
Nothing to install and no AI expertise required: if you can use a chat, you can use Wurz.
- 01
You hand it your files
Connect the folder where they already live —Google Drive, Dropbox, or OneDrive— or drag them in: PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, or text. Scanned PDFs —the ones that are pure photo— it can read too.
- 02
Wurz reads them and builds a card for each one
Like an assistant who reads everything and takes notes: what each document is about, which people and clients appear, which dates and topics it touches. Wurz keeps only that card; the original file never leaves your cloud.
- 03
You ask, like in a chat
You write like you'd ask a teammate: “how much did we invoice this client in March?”. Wurz answers with the figure and shows you the document and the exact line it took it from. If it needs to read a whole document, it opens it from your cloud and tells you so.
Your data
The question that matters: where do my clients' papers end up?
Short answer: in your Google Drive. Wurz keeps the summary and the references — not the files.

The files are yours and they stay with you
The original is published to your own Google Drive, in a folder Wurz creates there. Wurz keeps no copy and no index of the full content. If you leave tomorrow, your documents are already where they always were.
Only the minimum is stored
From each document, Wurz keeps the summary, the references it contains, and the metadata: file name, when it was uploaded, and who uploaded it. Nothing else.
Your Google account is never lent out
Each person connects their own. Not even the workspace administrator can use someone else's Google credential: managing a connection and using it are different things, and the code keeps them separate.
Every action leaves a record
Uploading, deleting, tagging, inviting, disconnecting Drive, or transferring a workspace leaves a record of who and when. The log never stores your documents' contents.
Yes, third-party AI is involved. And we tell you which.
To summarize a document and to answer you, its content is sent to AI providers that process it only for that task, without using it to train their models. Who they are, what each one receives, and which country they operate from is published, by name, in the provider list.
In plain words
What Wurz doesn't do
We'd rather you know before paying than after.
It doesn't file returns or issue invoices
It sits on top of what you already use. Your accounting software and the tax authority's portal stay where they are; Wurz's job is finding and backing up information, not replacing them.
It doesn't replace your professional judgment
It takes you to the document and shows you the excerpt. Deciding what that figure means and what to do with it is your job — and it will stay that way.
It doesn't promise to be infallible
No system that reads language is. That's why every answer comes with its citation: so you can check it in two seconds instead of having to trust. When a citation doesn't match its source verbatim, Wurz flags it instead of passing it off as good.
It isn't a place to store files
Your Google Drive, Dropbox, or OneDrive already are. Wurz lives on top, reads from there, and doesn't duplicate your information somewhere you'd later have to pull it out of.

A document
Each file Wurz reads and files for the first time: a PDF, a Word document, an Excel sheet. “150 documents per month” means Wurz can read up to 150 new files that month. Querying documents it already read costs nothing.
A question
Each message you type in the chat: “how much did we invoice this client in March?” counts as one, no matter how many documents Wurz has to review to answer you.
A deep report (Cowork)
You hand it a whole topic —“build me this client's case file”— and Wurz reviews the documents at length and delivers a sectioned, cited report, ready to download.
People
The plan only counts the people who upload files. Someone who only reads and asks questions doesn't count, on any plan. And the plan belongs to the workspace owner: it applies in full to every workspace they own, not split between them.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions about Wurz
Do my clients' documents end up training an AI model?
No. Content is sent to AI providers to summarize it and to answer you, and those providers process it only for that task, without using it to train their models. Who they are and which country they operate from is published, by name, in the provider list. Your original files, on top of that, never leave your own cloud storage.
What exactly does Wurz do with my documents?
It reads each one once and builds a card for it: a summary plus the references that appear in it — people, clients, concepts, dates. Wurz keeps only that card; the original file stays in your cloud storage —Google Drive, Dropbox, or OneDrive— and is never moved or copied. When you ask something, Wurz searches the cards first and, if it needs the fine detail, opens the document from your cloud and tells you it did. Each file read counts as one document toward your plan's monthly cap; querying documents it already read costs nothing.
What if it makes up a number?
That's why every answer comes with its citation. Wurz checks in code that the quoted phrase exists verbatim in the excerpt it claims to come from, and when it doesn't match, it flags it instead of presenting it as good. We don't promise that a system that reads language is infallible: we promise you can verify it in two seconds.
Does this replace my accounting software?
No, and that's not the point. Wurz doesn't issue invoices, file tax returns, or keep your books. It sits on top of what you already use to solve a different problem: finding information inside your documents and being able to back it up.
What about professional secrecy?
Documents are only visible to the people who belong to that workspace, according to their role, and each workspace is isolated from the rest. Wurz never hands one person's Google account to another — not even to the workspace administrator. Every action —upload, delete, invite, disconnect— is logged with who did it and when.
Does it work with scanned PDFs?
Yes. Wurz tells apart a PDF that already contains text from one that is just an image: the first is read directly in milliseconds, and the second goes through optical character recognition so it counts too. In the end, every document gets its summary and references, ready to query.
What happens to my documents if I stop using Wurz?
Nothing: they are already in your cloud storage, where they always were. Wurz keeps no copy of the originals, so there is nothing to export or rescue. What you lose when you disconnect is the ability to query them from Wurz — not the files.
What file formats does it accept?
PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, HTML, plain text, and Markdown. You can drag them in or bring them straight from a folder in your Google Drive, Dropbox, or OneDrive.
How much does it cost?
The Free plan is free forever and asks for no card: 22 documents and 40 questions per month for one person. From there, paid plans go from $349 MXN per month (one person) up to $8,999 MXN per month (large firms), all with VAT included; what changes between them is how many people upload documents and how many documents and questions you process. The full breakdown of the five plans is on the pricing page.
